The italian company Sirio Sistemi Elettronici SPA, registered in our records as a foreign company’s representative office under license n. 2739 dated 22/08/2010, subsequently transformed into a branch with our act dated 29/12/2011, presented a document dated 18/1/2019  that includes the modification of the name of the company to “Sirio Solutions Engineering”, referred to in short form as “SSE SPA”.
