In compliance with Article 4 (1) and (26) of Legislative Decree No 196/2003, the applicant, acquired all the information related to the Data Controller, aware that the SSE Information Document and the Curriculum Vitae include his/her “identification data” and “sensitive data”, hereby authorizes SSE to use and process the above mentioned details for the purpose of recruiting and selecting staff, with full respect for the fundamental rights, freedoms and the dignity of the individual especially with regards toprivacy, personal, physical and digital identity, in conformity with Decree No 93/2013.”
